About Us Here at Lucies wardrobe we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We are permenantly adding to and improving on our website so please keep checking back on us. If you can't find an item on our site that you have seen elseware, please email us and we will source the product and email you back with an improved price.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, solo, Maestro, Pay Pal and MasterCard. All orders, including backorders are charged at time of transaction.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Your order will arrive to you safely packed in plain unmarked wrapping. No designer or advertising names will be on the packaging . All paperwork and correspondence will be in the name of PJP Supplies. Discretion at all times is assured.
Delivery Schedule In most circumstances your order will be despatched within 24 hours. All out of stock items will be put on back order. An email will be sent to you when your goods are ready for despatch. We hold most items in stock ready for immediate dispatch.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will automatically put it on back order for you. Delivery on out of stock items on back order differ by designer. A rough guide is as follows :-

Leg Avenue - 3-5 working days
Hustler Lingerie - 3-5 working days 

Shirley of Hollywood - 3-5 Working days

Rene Rofe - 3-5 Working Days

Tax Charges Tax is included in all goods prices.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble returns guarantee, starting from day of receipt of goods. However any items returned will only be refunded or exchanged if presented in all of the original undamaged packaging. 

The goods MUST be in good condition, i.e. not warn or washed, and with labels and hangers (if applicable) intact. 

When trying on your garment please remember to be fragrant free as returned goods smelling of ladies perfume or deodorant render them damaged and make them unacceptable for exchange or refund and will be returned to the purchaser. 

You must contact Lucies Wardrobe in writing by post or by email before returning any goods. Please include your purchase order number, item code and state your reason for returning or exchanging.
Your Lucies Wardrobe invoice (or copy invoice) must accompany the returned package.
For hygiene reasons, once opened, we cannot accept the return of hosiery, Latex or rubber garments, any adult toys, G-strings or panties.  This is the only way we can ensure that the item you receive has not been worn or used before and is in perfect condition. 

If in any doubt about sizing please email us with your questions. Size charts for our main brands are published on our website for your assistance.

Please double check your shoe size before ordering.
UK shoe sizes are displayed. If exchanging shoes or boots for another size please email us first for instruction. You will be asked to re-order another size from our website and your original order will be refunded minus any costs incurred by us. A handling fee may also apply at our discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. A recorded delivery service MUST be used to send returned goods and we recommend you keep proof of posting. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or miss described.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
